To participate in a hot air balloon flight, you must :

Be in good physical and mental condition;

Be 4 feet 6 inches or taller;

Not be pregnant !!

To qualify for the "Internet Wizdom Wizard Discount", you must:
Make your reservation more than 1 week in advance.
State that you want the "Internet Wizdom Wizard Discount" when you make your reservation.
Agree to meet us at our meeting site, located @ Deer Valley Airport parking lot, conveniently located 1 mile north of the Loop 101 Freeway on 7^th AVE
The "Internet Wizdom Wizard Discount cannot be used with any other discount or coupon, and is based upon full fare rates.

Non-Exclusive Flights:
People from all over the country and world join us daily! Join us on-board our Non-exclusive Fight and
mingle with other excited folks!
(You will be onboard with other passengers who have also made Non-exclusive Flight reservations.)

Cancellation Policy
The Hot Air Balloon Company, Inc., has the following cancellation policies:
Exclusive Charter Flight: You may cancel your reservation or reduce the number of passengers in your party at no charge until 1 week prior to your scheduled meet or pickup time.
Non-Exclusive Flight: You may cancel your reservation or reduce the number of passengers in your party at no charge until 48 hours prior to your scheduled meet or pickup time.
Group Flight: You may cancel your reservation or reduce the number of passengers in your party at no charge until 2 weeks prior to your scheduled meet or pickup time.

Cancellations initiated by customers, or reduction in the number of passengers in your party, with less than the required notice period as stated above (Exclusive Charter Flight, Non-Exclusive Flight, Group Flight) prior to your scheduled meet or pickup time, or any NO-SHOWS the day of your flight, will result in automatic consolidation as a sale for the full fare to your credit card number on file. NO-SHOW is defined as any person who is not at the appointed meet or pickup location at the designated time. The Hot Air Balloon Company, Inc., may, at its discretion, wait for a brief period of time for late passengers, but is under no obligation to do so, since all flights are based upon Mother Nature's timetable.
Cancellations initiated by The Hot Air Balloon Company, Inc., for any reason, will not result in any charges to your credit card number on file.
The Hot Air Balloon Company, Inc. has the sole authority in determining if conditions would present a safe flight experience for their passengers. All cancellations by The Hot Air Balloon Company, Inc. are based upon safety issues such as winds & weather conditions, and not upon cloudy or hazy sky conditions.
Per FAA regulations, each Pilot-In-Command has the sole and final authority in determining if the flight will occur in his/her individual balloon.
